All products benefit from the law of the manufacturer's warranty. Gecko Kids, however, guarantee the product directly to 10 working days of receipt and will, at its own expense, replace it if it is defective or damaged.

Right of withdrawal (ie: you can always change your mind)
In fact you can choose not to want the product even if this works perfectly, simply because you changed your mind. In that case, just that you know a Gecko Kids (use a letter, a fax, an e-mail ... you'll be more comfortable) within 10 working days from when you received the product. You will be called or contacted by mail (Saturday, Sunday and public holidays excluded) within 48 hours. The costs to bring the goods shall be borne by those who have bought (as is required by law). RETURNS FOR REPLACEMENT SIZE
In case of replacement made for size, all the transportation costs that the replacement shall be borne by the customer, who can choose the carrier that preferisce.Non must necessarily be BARTOLINI but we recommend using a courier or postal service that allows A tracking or return receipt.

Products, Prices and Responsibilities
All prices are inclusive of VAT. GeckoKids reserves the right to change prices, the characteristics of the products displayed and conditions of use of the service at any time without notice, it is your responsibility to keep themselves updated on visiting these pages.
Although Gecko Kids try to keep the site as current as possible, the availability of the products can not be guaranteed. Gecko Kids also disclaims any responsibility for any damage arising from the use of the site.
Once you receive the product, please check:
that the number of packages (parcels) indicated on the letter carrier that is actually delivered;
the package is intact and not damaged, and any disputes must be raised immediately to the carrier, otherwise the product is considered delivered correctly. If the damage is easily identifiable, please refuse the delivery.
If the goods can not be delivered to the consignee or unavailability for other reasons not attributable to us or to the courier, any additional costs of transportation, inventory, packing, miscellaneous charges, will be charged to the buyer.

Costs and time of dispatch
Shipments are made with UPS or courier SDA. Delivery of orders from Monday to Friday from h 8.30 to h 19.00.
The approximate delivery time from the start of the package are:
24-48 hours north-central Italy *
48-72 hours south Italy and Islands
Please note that from 21/12 to 6 / 1 does not guarantee delivery of orders within 24/48 hours
The delivery times and transport costs described above relate to shipments made in Italy. The delivery times above are indicative and not binding.
* Some locations in north-central Italy are not served every 24 hours, but every 48-72 hours
Transport costs with UPS couriers or SDA:
Shipping is 4,80€ with SDA and free for orders to italy over 50 euros.
Right of Marking: € 4.20 (payment on delivery only available for shipment to ITALY)
We ship worldwide with Poste Italiane (please refer to their website to check the fares. The exact import will be communicated after the order is placed.
Once you receive the product, please check:
